Hi All,
I visited the classic car show on Sunday and once again have to say what a great show of cars & members you guys put on. I am a member of TIPEC & currently have my 928 apart undergoing a full restoration which has already taken 2 years todate as I have very little time to carry out the work due to work & home commitments.

I have to say I don't make many meetings & have been unable to take an active role in helping out at shows ect however the welcome I received from Paul and all on the stand [TIPEC & 928 UK] was fantastic.

After speaking to the guys on the stand it really struck me what a huge project this is for all the guys that make this happen year after year & I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL.
If you were not there I would not be part of the club, meet people with the same passion for these cars,have the support in were & how to optain parts and information ect.

Lots of people come to the show like me for one day and then go home but for all you guys on the stands I know this show starts months before and then on the week of the show it starts before the show opens on the Friday morning with setting the stand up and will not finish until after everybody has left after 5.30pm on a sunday night & then you have to pack up,travel home including cost of hotels & days of work ect.

I am still working on the 928 and would love to show the car on the stand once it is complete and hopefully give back some of the support & joy this club & members has given me over the years.

I couldn't make the show this year, but I know how much work goes in and can echo your comments.

It's tough, very tough and Central (I could name names) do this every year. A fantastic effort, and I know exactly the welcome you'd have received and it's a genuine reception by real enthusiasts.

I'd like to echo Paul's appreciation of your kind words, and hope you get your car moving soon so you can enjoy it, and drive it.
