Ta, it's actully only a very small 3 bed detached cottage , certainly no palace ! ,
The reason we bought it after 3 years hunting was it has no immediate neighbours which in Hertfordshire is very rare indeed unless you are a millionaire ( I'm not) and had 1.6 acres for the Mastiffs ( and campovers lol). In Winter it's bloomin freezing though inside and out , if I could have a modern bungalow on this lovely plot I'd knock it down tomorrow :bom:
