Paul Bird and I organise the annual TIPEC calendar for Central Region of TIPEC

Walsall is a Transtar event

We have not organised anything for Walsall with Transtar for 2009

The only Transtar events this year for TIPEC Central Region were / are:- Weston Park, Trentham Gardens and Arbury Hall

Not a TIPEC poor show; someone is mistaken either at Walsall or Transtar

I think I might know how this has happened. A couple of Central members went to Walsall last year (booked under the Tipec banner).

If they booked again but changed their minds at the last minute that would account for the empty space. :(

All I can say is that we were never "officially" going to Walsall as a club

Hope that helps

Paul :D

Not an issue Gary (I wouldn't have thought). I only applied last week.

Try downloading a Transtar form, and sending it off with a cheque. May be worth ringing ahead though.
Don't forget to re-mortgage the house for the £2.50!!!!

http://www.transtarpromotions.co.uk/ click on "General Vehicle Entry Form" and use your web browser to print.

Hi

Got my tickets for Arbury Hall also, arrived yesterday

This event has been resurrected after a 4 year absence ( I think) from Arbury Hall

£2.50   not sure I'd be able to afford the fuel to get there!!

I assume there is a club stand with space or is just park in the field?
I've not done a Transtar event before..

Hi Gary,

At all Transtar events we get a space allocated to the club.

In addition to this we endeavour to take the club gazebo. Also, subject to the weather and land owner's permission we also have a BBQ

Nearer the time of the event there may also be a convoy arranged and club members get a reminder e-mail from Paul as well as a posting on the forum

How's that for service from the friendly TIPEC
