Stripping down my 944 as im having to replace a rear quarter, what a pig!! Just wondered if there were any places i should pay particular attention to, i.e rust spots or akward areas to rub down and any solutions. Any tips would be great thanks

Assuming you are doing the full panel, then where it meets the back banel tends to be a movement point so cracks, the number plate aperture at the top & at the front gets heavily battered by grit off the wheels.

Yeah the whole quarter at the spot welds . Thanks for the tip anything i should do to prevent this happening or is it a case of give it a good paint coverage and hope for the best!! Hows the supercharging going anymore developments? what are you going to go for for the extra fueling needed ive been having a good look at megasquirt and it seems to good to be true price wise compared to other packages, is it ??
