My ARO Paul had been given a Driving Experience day as a Birthday Present, unfortunately having booked it he was poorly so couldn't use it so passed it to me, thanks Paul.

Pics are here http://www.pbase.com/tr7v8/brands_hatch_08

Also we recently did a trip to the Sittingbourne & Kemsley Light Railway which is an Industrial Narrow gauge railway. Sadly under threat of closure. One of my members organised this, thanks David Lawrence. Pics are here. http://www.pbase.com/tr7v8/sklr_08

They did come in a hideous green colour thinking of it!

[soap box mode] Sad that in a few months the whole SKLR railway could be no more. The company who own the paper factory are selling all the land off & won't even talk to the SKLR or the local council.
This is probably the last narrow gauge industrial railway in the south! [/soap box mode]
