Hi, I'm new here so please correct me if I have posted this in the wrong place.
I have just picked up a secondhand Panamera 4.
All really good apart from an intermittent "auto Headlight adjustment defect" error popping up on the display.
The car has been lowered with 22" wheels - before I had it.
Porsche will not recalibrate the headlights or even say it's possible as non standard parts fitted.
Any ideas??
Thanks, Andy

Re: Lowering
Pretty sure that there is a link from suspension to tell the headlights how much load there is. I suspect the lowered suspension has broken the link between ride height & the link. I suspect you need to find the method of actuation & shorten it by the same amount it has been lowered by.
Curious as to how a Panamera rides on 22s with lowered suspension.

Re: Lowering
Hi, Thanks for the reply. Porsche has said nothing has "broken" or come away.
Very much appreciate the technical info.
Back to the garage who did the work to see if they failed to replace the arms.
The ride in the car is extremely good. Even with the tyre profile (265/30R22 and 305/25R22) - it's very smooth and not at all harsh.
No problems as yet but only done 10k.
