I need a flywheel, starter ring and full clutch assembly for a 2.5 8 valve 944. My car is auto and flexplate has gone so want to replace with manual clutch assembly as have read on Renlist that the Yanks do it all the time. Am going to try this route first before shelling out £1200 for a flexplate.

I've got a flywheel, starter ring and clutch pressure plate from a 1987 S 16v,
Still attached to the block at the moment. You could take the whole block if you need it ASAP or help me remove the flywheel if you need it before I get around to stripping it!

It's the same as an 8v set up. You would need a friction plate aswell, if recommend buying a new spring loaded non rubber plate from design 911.

I'm in Liverpool.

Make me an offer

Is the engine out of the car? if not is the flywheel accessible, is the torque tube off to allow us to get to the flywheel? Not in a desperate rush but will need it in next couple of weeks.
