Long story, but due to very poor service offered by a US supplier I had to order two sets of these in advance of a big trip so I now have a spare brand spanking new set of these available still in the box which has only been opened to check them.

Weltmeister 200lbs front springs which lower the car by around 1.5" but most importantly they offer a firmed up front end vs the stock VERY soft spring rates and NOT at the expense of ride quality. I'm running a set of these on my 951 coupled with M474 Koni dampers and Dibed camber plates and having just covered 1300miles across Europe, including a few laps of the ring with them I'm very impressed with the improved handling of the car with seeming no impact to ride quality. I recommend fitting these in conjunction with a larger rear ARB; I have a 22mm adjustable Weltmeister bar fitted and the car is very balanced with this set up (no way near the firmest setting), but a 968 m030 19mm bar would also do the job nicely.

These should fit all non-M030 equipped 944's and all 924's and may fit 968's but I can't be sure so please check. These are not available in the UK and I can vouch for them being a real pain to order from across the pond, so these are available in the UK ready to ship to your door without the risk of import charges.

£130 posted to your door, payment by bank transfer or Paypal as a gift. I've relatively new to Porsche ownership so haven't been a member on here long, but I'm a long standing and trusted member of many other car clubs and forums under the same username. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Photos will be posted up shortly. NOW SOLD THANKS!

Thanks,
Richard

Also just to add, don't confuse these with cheaper lowering springs offered by a few companies over here: before I bought these I ordered a set of Design911's own brand lowering springs which were the same length as stock and of a constant wind so could only lower the car by being softer which in my (professional engineer's) opinion is just dangerous as it would lead to some very interesting handling traits, not good in experienced hands. These on the other hand are the correct progressively wound springs so offer a very real performance benefit.

Hi, sorry for the slow reply. You have the same car as me so they would be ideal!

Drop me a line if you still want them when you have the money ;)

Thanks,
Rich
