I've got a pair of front calipers for sale, these are off an S2 - same as 968, may fit 944 turbo's (please check first!).

They have 40mm & 36mm pistons. The calipers have been blasted & powdercoated in red, have brand new seals, dust caps, nipples, pipes and stainless steel plate screws.

High temperature grease has been put under the plates to reduce the risk of plate lift in the future.
