944 rear shocks, decent condition, no leaks or damage. £20 the pair.
944 S2 front shocks/springs (complete units with top mounts) decent condition etc. £40 the pair
944 rear brake discs and calipers, earlier type not S2/Turbo. Good condition. £30 the pair.
944 S2 front spindles/uprights with discs and calipers £125 the pair.
944 power steering rack, no leaks when removed £50 ono
944 rear toast rack fibreglass rep but very nice fitting, looks genuine. £15
944 front and rear bumpers, early style, front is a bit grotty. £10 the pair collected.
944 doors, guards red, pretty decent condition but need paint. £10 each.
944 passenger side front wing, early type, excellent condition, not rotten. £50 collected.
944 rear lights, £15 the pair
944 front fogs and bumper mounted driving lamps, I know I have 3 out of the 4 in very good condition, but need to check which 3 it is, I'm sure the valance mounted lamps (fogs) are good and one of the bumper mounted driving lamps are good with the other one having a cracked lens. PM me if interested. Looking around £40 the set of 4.
944 front valance centre spar broken, doesn't affect fit or look. £10
944 oval dash in all black, nice condition except repaired hole down by drivers right knee, not obvious. £50
944 oval dash heater box, unknown condition but believed AOK. £20
944 seatbelts (front only) £10 the pair, Good working order.
Gearbox, from a late 2.5/2.7 good working order. £75 (basically the cost of removing the damned thing, if you come and remove it you can take it for £20.)
Master cylinder/servo unit. £20
Steering column, glovebox lock, boot lock, petrol cap all with the same key, door locks missing as sold with porsche scripted handles. £25
A pair of fairly tired black oval dash door cards, I think the vinyls ok but the boards gone spongy, black handles and door releases £20 the pair.
S2 exhaust manifolds £20 the pair.
S2 inlet manifold with injectors £30 got to be worth it for injectors alone!
S2 cam cover, really good condition, still quite a bit of silver on it! £40 ono.
S2 flywheel, good order, £40
S2 crankshaft good order £50

I need a clear out so come and make me an offer on a load of stuff with pleasure, I also have a 944 shell which is fairly rot free, it has a nice 944 number plate, yours for scrap value if you collect £100, includes back axle, plastic fuel tank and if no-one buys it the gearbox, infact I'll throw in a lot of other bits too, I do have the V5 in my name.

I don't have an issue with doing shell cuts at all, do bear in mind though it needs to be worth while removing them, but if you want to come down and remove bits yourself you can have cuts for close to free.

I have a pic of the shell somewhere will see if I can dig it out, that said to be honest it doesn't show that much.

What I can tell you is:

Doors are very good, no problems with them, I doubt you'd get away with a polish and use (faded red paint) but you might I can't recall if they are scratched.

Shell is as far as I can see on a quick look over fairly rot free, I'd always expect to be replacing sills and lower rear wings on any old 944, but this is far from the worst I've seen. The rest of the shell is pretty good, no accident damage or other problems and quite a lot of bits will end up being left on the shell.

Manual.

I'll leave the bonnet, doors, maybe mirrors, most of the wiring, probably the dash, pedal box, brake servo, steering column, back axle, gearbox, front and rear bumper (not perfect), front skirt, toast rack rear skirt, torque tube, fuel tank. £200

For an extra £50 I'll throw in rear lights, most of a lock set bar door locks which can easily be converted to match the key present, alloy front wishbones with as far as I can tell good ball joints, front crossmember, fuel pump and sender.

For another £25 I'll also throw in the spectacularly good front passenger wing, I can't emphasise how good this wing is.

Once the cars stripped out theres a lot of money of bits on there and still a shell worth £100ish in scrap. I have got another chap wanting it as part of another deal, he's supposed to be coming back to me this weekend, it's only fair to give him first refusal.
