The 9XX PRO Manual Boost Controller is designed to mount onto the rear engine lifting bracket to control boost manually with a twist of a locking knob.
This kit comes fully assembled and ready to fit, which can be performed in approx 30 mins.
Using the 9XX manual boost controller included in this kit, along with the also included optimum silicone hoses and fixtures, can ensure quick responsive boost controll without the spikes or boost loss associated with some of our competitors products.
Leaving nothing to chance, this kit also includes a replacement banjo fitting for installation onto your main intercooler feed pipe.
Short of an expensive electronic boost controller, this is quite simply the best manual boost setup available on the market today.
The kit also includes instructions, even though they are not entirely required due to its pre-assembled nature.
This product uses large bore fittings as found on 9XX and TiAL Wastegates, not the small bore ones found on Lindsey Wastegates, which can contribute towards boost spikes and boost creep. We can supply a fitting kit at extra cost to allow the Lindsey wastegate to be updated to work with this product and help eliminate those boost control problems.
Most manual boost controllers on the market come as a kit of parts in a bag, our kit however comes fully assembled and ready to fit. All you may choose to do is trim the length of the wastegate hoses to get a nice snug fit.
We also recommend that all the hoses, are tidied away and positioned as to not touch the exhaust manifold or crossover pipe.
