Post subject: | 924 944 and 968 used and performance parts clearout |
We are going to be having a massive clearout of Porsche 924, 944 and 968 used parts. Over the years we have bought quite a few 924's and 944's as well as the occasional 968 to either convert to a track car, or to break for parts to support our customers. As a result, we have horded a massive amount of parts and have a couple of cars which are still hanging around. We have also accumulated a lot of parts that have been bought for evaluation and back to back dyno testing against our own parts. So we have quite a few hardly used performance parts from other manufacturers which we have no further need for. So, if you need something, anything, in used form, we probably have it. Interesting parts worth mentioning are. K26-6 220 Turbo chargers K26-8 250 Turbo chargers Sports and non sports, electric and non electric, leather, half leather and fabric, front seats in various colours (no burgundy or blue) 924 Turbo (with NACA duct) bonnets 924 Turbo transmission (with good synchros) 944 Lux pre 86 transmission 944 Lux post 86 transmission 944 Lux auto transmission (early and late ones) 944 Turbo LSD transmission 944 S2 transmissions 968 6 Speed LSD Transmission 924 turbo (S1) engine, complete 968 engine 944 S2 Engine 944 Lux engine 968 MO30 coilover front and rear suspension (shock absorbers with springs etc, without anti roll bars) 968 MO30 front stub axles (spindles) ready to fit 968 or 944 M030 calipers (we also have the calipers but tend to hold onto them, our arm could be twisted) CUP 1 Alloy wheels 17" (genuine) 7.5J & 9J sizes, a complete set, we also have one new boxed rear one CUP 2 Alloy wheels 17" (genuine) 7.5j & 9J sizes, a complete set, may split CUP 2 Alloy wheels 17" (aftermarket) 7.5j & 9J sizes but EARLY offset for pre 87 cars without needing spacers 993 Turbo twist alloy wheels 17" (aftermarket), 7.5j & 9J for late offset (post 87 cars) 993 Turbo twist alloy wheels 18" (aftermarket), 7.5J & 9J for late offset (post 87 cars) 944 forged turbo S wheels 16" (genuine), 7.5J & 9J, for late offset (post 87 cars) 944 forged turbo wheels 16" (trashcan 928 style), 7.5J & 9J for late offset (post 87 cars) 996 Turbo twist rear wheels 18", 10J (about 4 pairs!) Not to mention a stack of cookie cutters, 15 inch teledials etc. Other companies tuning products available, usually with 5 to 10 hours running time on them. Lindsay racing dual port wastegates (x2) *** (SOLD 1, ONE LEFT) *** Lindsay racing LR61 Turbo *** (SOLD) *** Scivision MAF kits (x2) *** (SOLD 1, ONE LEFT) *** I also have 4 parts cars, an 89 944 2.7 lux auto, an 89 S2, a 90 S2 and a Turbo which need to be stripped and disposed of. Before you ask, we do not have (well we do, but we will be keeping them) any three spoke cup/RS/CS steering wheels, teardrop 968 mirrors, M030 calipers, 964 Turbo/993 Turbo calipers, Bridge spoilers, 2.7 heads, 3.0 cranks, 3.0 blocks and 16 inch teledial wheels. If you really want these items, we have them, but demand is so high, we prefer to keep them for our workshop customers and company projects.. but everything has its price. Prices are all subject to negotiation, if multiple people are interested in a part at the same time, or by request, we will list the items on ebay so you know you are paying a fair price. |

Hi John As previously discussed I'd like to modify my current 924 S1 turbo to mate to a K26/8 compressor. So in your parts clear out please keep to one side the elements we need to do this modification Thanks Steve |

Subject to price I'll take the cup 2's (originals) assuming 968 Offsets as need a set for track. Think offsets should be 65 & 55. Can you PM me price delivered to London? Might be interested in the MO30 spindles as well. On the off chance you have an adventura green bridge spoiler complete rear hatch let me know!! Thanks Andy |

Steve, will make sure I have k26/8's for you still ![]() Jim, I might have some 18" facelift Boxster lattice split-rim style wheels coming in. Would also do a trade in on your old wheels, PM a picture of your wheels. Andy, Cup 2's came off my old 968 CS and are silver as I swapped colour coded cup-1's onto that car, so right offset, will PM you. No green bridge spoiler though ![]() Pauly, 968 and S2 engines are indeed 3.0's, but both too good to break up for the crank and blocks, but will do anyone a deal on their old dead engine exchange, even with scored bores or big end damage. 968 LSD six speed is indeed a very rare beast, so oxygen may be required for a price ![]() |

A snailshell 931 box with good synchros and an LSD, and I thought a 968 LSD Box was the Holy Grail!!! |

Maybe I'm missing something here but I have had fitted the M220 plate diff to my 968. The 6 speed transmission and the diff are effectively separate parts as I understand it? |

Tom, 968 Diff, LSD or otherwise is inside the gearbox. Just the diff can be changed, and I have heard of people just changing diff and even in situ, but I do not recommend it is done that way. I recommend it is changed as part of a partial transmission rebuild and reseal at least, as half the time you find the mesh pattern in the box, especially the crown and pinion could do with being set up and shimmed better than the factory, and then with a 968 it is always nice to see and confirm a pinion bearing upgrade has been performed... or ideally as part of a complete rebuild... But then again, its all money. T3rra, We can help you with the FRP, chips and MBC. We do a MBC kit with an option of black (I noticed your post in PCGB) and can discount it for you. (also available in blue or red) We also do our vacuum hose kit in black as an option (as well as blue or red), not with nasty plastic t's either and proper clamping fasteners, either as the standard kit (silicone hoses) or as a the pro kit, which uses hard pipes and quick release fittings. FPR is no problem. With the KLR chip, the Vitesse maf kit and chips use the standard KLR software and data, most other chips use an alternative KLR chip. I can do you a good deal on one of our chips. We are working on new revisions at the moment, we some honed for different applications and combinations of upgraded parts in use, such as chips perfected just for DPW-FPR-K268 (for 250bhp cars with duel port wastegate and 3.0 bar reg) or DPW-FPR-K268-55lbs (for the same with 55 lbs injectors) and almost every other option including the classic (Mild mapping designed for less lag, improved ecconomy and reliability), and as new revisions come out of the software, you get a free upgrade (just post and packing charges), or when you upgrade another part of the car, such as a turbo upgrade, we will upgrade your chipset for just a nominal fee. Its been a couple of years in the making, but we were never happy with the same chips being a jack of all trades (and ours were the most flexible) but the new chips are perfected to what you have, almost as good as a custom remap... and there is a MAF and MAP versions on the horizon soon as an upgrade. David, PM sent, deal done, nice to do business. Email. Sorry guys, yesterday our email server hosts decided to block our email addresses because our old server contract expired and they forgot we had a new server with them!! Emails went back up in the early hours of the morning, but any emails sent to us were bounced back. So if you emailed us, please try again. |
