I wonder if a solution can be achieved on this forum...?
This was fitted into the 944 I recently purchased immediately prior to the sale and I have to say, it looks and sounds fantastic...it has the original paperwork and remote plus the DAB aerial. It is as new.
However....
The unit is not designed to play CD's and I have hundreds of them.
Apparently it uses Bluetooth Streaming and I need an app called Spotify (which I've done) but I really cannot be bothered....I like half a dozen CDs in the glovebox and an FM radio and I'm all set.
It also has DAB, USB etc etc etc....you can change the colour and light output of the unit to exactly match your existing instruments etc etc...all that and more !!!
I would like to swap this out for a similar CD head unit with a cash adjustment my way...ideally doing the swap at my place thereby avoiding the heartache of eBay ....
Anyone interested ???
