From my 944 S2 I am breaking I have a 3.0 16v engine on 154k miles. It had a top end rebuild in October 2007, the mileage at MOT March 2007 was 136k so has covered less than 20k since the top end rebuild.

Still fitted to the car so can be seen working.

Looking for £500

Hi, is the engine still available?

If so, does it come with its ancillary bits such as input manifold and AFM, exhaust headers, etc. I am thinking about dropping an S2 lump into my 88 S, and would need those bits, etc. + ECU.

Ta..

Bloody hell Rhett - you read my mind!! If I didn't have other bits to spend on I'd certainly be considering this!

Although, if I ever did go for a 3.0 16V transplant, I'd still keep the 2.5 16V under a cover somewhere - just in case!!

There a few little bits I wanted to keep but I am sure a package could be arranged. Give me a pm.

I wish this had been around when I had to replace the engine in my lux. I did have a scout around but there were none available at this price.

Would love to have the extra horses under the bonnet.
