This car has had three previous owners and was originally specified as a sports specification which means it has the front lip spoiler, rear whale tail and the Fuch wheels which are all orginal. It is finished in a light blue metallic (original Porsche colour code J4V9).

It was first registered January 1981 In the last 6 years it has covered less than 3k miles each year. Its total mileage fully documented and verifiable is now 152k.

Service and maintenance records are held in four history files from the car's birth. This car has never been crashed, burned, stolen, or generally messed with. The only people who have maintained it are Porsche main dealers or specialists.

In the last 6 years it has had a complete engine overhaul (including fixing the well-documented head stud issue at a cost of £4,119), gearbox overhaul (new synchros on first and second), new clutch, new SSI heat exchangers (at a cost of £1,767) new oil pipes and tank, new fuel pump, 2 new front wings, a whole heap of new seals, rubbers etc etc etc (at a total cost in excess of £3,800).

There are a few things which are not working quite right or which need doing on this car to make it perfect, which I will provide in detail to any enquirer. Basically, you need to see it to make your own judgement on whether it is the right car for you. I will obviously share every minor issue that has been raised by the garage during its annual services and recent inspections.

The car is currently taxed until December 2010. It had a brand new MOT (October 9th 2011) to ensure peace of mind.

The current insurance agreed valuation is £12k. The current asking price fully reflects everything which need addressing although none are urgent The price has been reduced to best offers over £7,499 reflecting its provenance and history.
