With some regret I am selling my much loved 944 S2 to make some room on the drive. She is a 1990 car in Zyclam Pearl Red with cream leather interior. Sports seats option together with sound pack. Nice folder of service history, original manual, sunroof bag and spares key in leather pouch.
She had a full service 6,000 miles ago together with cambelt, balance belt & tensioner gear. Braided brake hoses and ATE Super blue fluid with EBC pads all round. Induction kit.
Sitting on original D90 wheels and Conti-sport tyres (N1 Porsche rated)
All suspension adjustments have been freed up, removed and re -greased during a full geometry set up at Center Gravity, fuel lines have been replaced and she has a stainless steel back box. In short everything needed during my ownership has been sorted. A well known car in Tipec circles and a veteran of many club events including Le Mans Classic.

New steering rack fitted June 2010 -

MOT until 23rd August 2011

Now the bad bits:

The wing mirrors need re-painting but I reckon Chips away or similar could sort these for about £70
Drivers seat has wear & tear to bolster.
Carpet in boot needs 2 or 3 new fixings to hold in place.
Wheels could do with a refurb but as most owners replace the original D90's with something more modern I haven't bothered.

Not a garage queen or concours but a good straight car that must go to a good home. £2695 ono including attractive 944 regn Send me a PM or ring me on 07831 877983 for more details.

Paul

Love the colour. Is this one on piston heads? Somebody's got to snap that up surely. :)

Hi JJ

She is on Pistonheads and now also on Autotrader!

The number plate is worth £400 (NewReg valuation in car file) so she's really going for a song - someone will get a bargain

I'm not looking for another 944 but at that price even im tempted, an absolute top colour too.

Apart from very wealthy people , folk just arent laying out money for hobby cars at the mo these are weird times.

It would be silly if your car didnt sell for 2695 ono ! and I'm known for 'not' over valueing cars

I'll be amazed if that's not gone soon

That's my favourite 944 colour , wonder how much it would cost to turn it into a 3.0 16v turbo :) .
