Hi - I'm coming back to the Porsche brand after a 7/8 year break (two Boxsters previously), I'm looking for a 944, at about "mid-level" condition (apologies for my poor description). So far, looking at MANY adverts and talking with their owners, my £3k - £4k budget is looking like a mechanically sound car with a fairly good history, with under 150,000 miles. I'm not concerned about tatty paint or interior, but am keen to secure a mechanically sound and well looked after 944. Therefore does anyone have something that sounds like the above, that they may be willing to discuss with me, for a possible purchase? I am a serious buyer, enthusiast, NOT a trader or looking to make a quick buck. I'm looking for something I can run semi-regularly on nice days - to keep the car cared for and put the elbow grease into keeping it in a good honest condition.
