I am tentatively offering my silver/blue 1982 944 lux for sale. Before we go any further the car has been a cat c, however the damage that caused this (Small dent on the slam panel) is so insignificant i haven't bothered to fix it. I have got a replacement slam panel painted ready to fit.

The car has recently had the belts changed, new brakes all round, new shocks all round, plugs/cap/rotor arm and a new cam box gasket fitted (yesterday!!). The engine is dry and runs beautifully. It has also just (yesterday!) been serviced. There is no service history with the car.

Bodywork is good, there is the dent in the slam panel but other than that the car is straight. The sills are ok (Welding completed before the VIC check). and it has MOT till october and tax until march. mileage is 116k, but will go up as the car is in use.

Interior is good, the seats are black leather and have been recovered at some point but not in a Porsche cloth (Or one i've seen before anyway!). The dash has some cracks but not the worst I've seen, the carpets are cream and could do with a good clean.

I'd like around £2000 for the car. I have a 944 S as well and can't really justify keeping both, but having put so much money and time into this one it is a reluctant sale.

It's a nice car that with a little further TLC could be a really nice car.
