I dropped the girlfriend off at the garage where she gets her car serviced at the weekend. There was a rather forlorn looking 944 sat in the corner of the workshop. It has the 2.5 (or is it 2.7?) engine and looks complete. It's in a bit of a state and the garage owner tells me that there is a fault with the engine wiring loom. Wheels and tyres were in good condition. It would need to be trailered away. He is looking for £600 but I suspect he would part with it for £400 or less. Could be made reasonable with some work. Paint looked OK, interior seemed to be complete but dirty. Has a non-standard sunroof fitted. Call Chris at Dolans Garage and Motorsport on 01472 879207. Just passing the info on. |

Non standard sun roof? Was it clear glass top? Could be worth £600 alone |

Had one fitted to one of my cars & they never stopped it leaking. One of my colleagues took the car over & applied half a mile of gaffer tape which fixed it, both from leaking & opening ![]() |
