Sadly i am selling my 1990 Porsche 944 S2, anyone interested ? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1991 Porsche 944S2 3.0litre 16v 119,900 miles taxed to end august 2011, mot this week so will have a full year (it needed a pair of tyres and a balljoint replacing - all done now), last year passed with no advisories. the big jobs have all been done on this car (by Brian Millar - independant Porsche specialist, Edinburgh) : clutch replaced last year £1100 timing and balance belts £500 new waterpump and radiator £750 as well as all of the usual service / maintenance jobs : front discs and pads rear pads stainless braided brake lines atb gold fluid antirollbar polybushed fuel gauge sender replaced power steering pump rebuild oil, plugs and filters etc ignition amplifier replaced as i replaced the front wishbone, it needs a full alignment which will be done next week by clcm (Edinburgh) 17" genuine Porsche alloys with correct offset and toyo t1-r all round (rear are brand new, front are in good condition) interior is in fantastic condition, all electrics work (windows, heated mirrors, electric seats, climate control, sunroof etc) Alpine 10 speaker stereo system with iPod connection Porsche script fabric seats in great condition, comfotable and supportive and electrically adjustable, plus rear seats - great for the kids, although i did manage to squeeze into one, just ! Decent size boot, rear seats fold down, fairly practical car really. The paint has faded slightly on the bonnet, i have used t-cut with limited results but it will need a more aggressive polish or a blow over to bring it back to the glorious Guards Red to match the rest of the car. I have this insured on a classic policy for less than £200 a year which covers me up to 5000 miles (this year i have done a pitiful 3000 miles, it was SORN for 3 months over the winter) and an agreed value. I'm looking for around £4500 ? Any questions / comments, feel free to PM and i'll get back to you asap Cheers, Mark (944 gm) more pictures : ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
