Have never taken a car to view but didn't have a choice regarding this one. The guy cannot drive (flying accident, with temporary metal in his back and on pain killers waiting for an operation so I needed to get it to him quick before he went in hospital and I missed the opportunity!
It may not sell eventually :( at a give away price like yours was as I shall be keeping it if it doesn't sell in the next few weeks within a few hundred £ of the current "more realistic price".
Thanks for the advice.

Look on the bright side, at least you have it back and can drive it! I'm sure there are worse things in life than having to keep this car... :D

How right you are. The worst thing is reluctantly having to try and sell it. Driving it back those 225 miles from JMG reminded me Just how good this car is and how much I have missed it over the last 5 months! Divorce seems to be the only other option

Keep it! 8) I wish I'd kept mine but even saying that I could be sued. Really you should as it will be worth more in a few years when all the sheds have been scrapped. Is certainly won't lose any value now so long as you look after it. I actually put the price of mine up so as not to sell it. Some beggar still bought it though.......... maybe you should try that. :)

Thanks for the posts guys, I really do feel relieved the drama is over! :D
Just done 450 miles in 3 days and it's running great. :)
Now had better get some of that Meguiars Ultimate compound - 5 months without any TLC is just not on!
Oh and shortly renew Tipec Membersip for another 2 years! - this forum keeps me sane (well nearly!)
