JJ
Purely for your benefit as I have been accused of just adding more Photos (of which I have plenty!) and have had suggestions from other members that I should ensure JMG have lots to show prospective buyers I have > left an SD Card with JMG.
I do not see the point in cluttering up the forum or PH with photos of areas which are NOT a problem. No amount of photos can cover all areas of the car, only a close physical inspection would.
I also have boroscope Photos & Videos of the inside of the Sills which would be available to Seriously interested parties!
Only 9 Photos are allowed on PH ads. I have tried to cover the main parts of the car.
As mentioned before its the Tastefully modified Motor that is the appeal. The fact that the rest of the car is in extremely good & sound condition is obviously also a factor but not my main selling feature, it is not a concours car (well except under the bonnet) but it is a very good and exceptionally quick one!

Looks like my old '44! I sold that for one third what it cost me! Thats just the way it is. You have a much better chance of a sale with pics like that. Make sure the one of the inside of the sills is on pistonheads. Still can't give you 14K for it though! Maybe one day when there all in the scrapyard the few that are left like yours will be worth real money. But the market doesn't like the 944 though they are better than the early 911's from a drivers point of view. Mmmmmmmmmm the wife would kill me..........

Well it's bite the Bullet time. Been accused by the wife of not really wanting to sell this car  (AS IF!) so PH ad updated photos & somewhot nearer to what I might accept for it.
If no interest near this then its looking likely to be plan B   [Option 2) as mentioned in a previous post 9th July]

1 Down 2 to Go (The Polo went to Volvo Dealer yesterday)
1st Interest on Disco 40 mins after ad on DOC forum, can't let it go yet as its the only car we have at home & its needed for Caravan Hols till the 29th.
Will update after that for those who may me interested. (eg SYNNERS)

Still over budget for me.......Go lower. Might risk a divorce for yours. Just look at what Carrera 2's are going for.

Might suit someone else's budget though. (Put an offer in to JMG, you never know your luck!)
Dont care about Carrera 2's: been a 944 man for the last 6-1/2 years (could have had 911 or 968) nothing else will do for me. A 944 man through & through :) .
I'll be risking a divorce if I keep it! (on 2nd Thoughts :bom: )

7 year Porsche itch (in a nutshell)
1st Porsche I looked at in Jul 2004
1st Porsche I almost Bought (968Cab)
1st 944 (2.7) I actually bought (Oct 2004)
2nd 944 (Cab April 2005)
Too many of the 3rd one (944T Jan 2007) in previous posts!
Thats all folks (well till end of Aug) Towing Caravan to Pembrey.

For those members who may be interest
Phone call this morning from a previous owner seriously wanting it back. :o :D
Offering a P/ex with a 2007 Merc C230 AMG (on sale at £11.900) or (£10,944) cash when he sells it.
(Dont' think the wife would approve now)
He saw ad on PH last night (recognised the No plate) - pity he didn't see it earlier when it was up for £11,944 8)
(I would have probably gone for the p/ex as it has a tow bar on it!) :bounce:
Watch this space!

Thanks Andy & John,
Seriously missing the Turbo almost 5 months now. As some compensation blown Tesco vouchers on Everyman Racing Lambo & Ferrari Next Tues 13th & Porsche Turbo 12 Oct  just to keep the adrenalin flowing.

I got my Bus Ticket to Bournemouth (for Wed the 28th Sept) in July  and was preparing to put plan B into action (Keep the price up so it didn't sell then get an External Carcoon cover) and of course Come to Tipec SYNN Night 2nd Oct. (Will do that anyway)

Todays Phone calls from previous owner (Had 3 already + e-mails with his photo of G886PUA in 1993!) scuppered it. :bom: (unfortunately it does make sense!, to her indoors anyway)
This'l make you laugh. Volvo in Garage - Only exit is through the Tailgate - need to get the garage altered or Leave it outside! (Drat)
Thanks for looking and the posts, will advise when the ordeal is over!

My garage is as bad, I have to drive the 911 in, reverse it out, then get out and push it into the garage as I can't open the door far enough to get out whilst its in the garage ..... doh !!

I lived with a garage like that for 21 years till we moved here. :( I had an extra wide sectional concrete one erected so now I have the luxury of being able to open the door inside the garage!

Sadly This car is still for sale.
Brought the car back home from JM Garage (there by Nation Express 8-1/2hrs + o/night B&B then 225mls drive home [1st 190 in 3hrs]) and been let down yesterday by a :? buyer :x (another 100mls each way!).
I am reducing it (from £10,944) to £9449  which I hope will put it within someones budget for such a good Turbo
(Price updated on PH and ad now also on Auto Trader)
If you know anyone in the market please point them in my direction  .
Thanks for looking

Never take a car to view. Make them come to you! if they wont they are not serious. Price now more realistic. I'd buy it but would be divorce :( It will sell eventually. At a giveaway price as mine did. Still time to change your mind.
