Think I'll bring my wife's Subaru wagon this year unless anyone has any objections?

It has 3.0 flat 6 so almost compliant!

Unless you find something else before hand :D

3 x 20 minute sessions in the morning is a bad arrangement for those of us sharing a car. It means one of the two drivers gets only 20 minutes track time for the entire morning.

I am doubtful that makes it worthwhile with a 400 mile round trip and an overnight stay thrown in. I will discuss and revert with our decision.

A shared car with 3 sessions in the morning + open pit lane in the afternoon is quite tiring enough, trust me!

My understanding is that the North West Region now have 8 cars booked and paid. One guy is threatening to leave his 996GT3 at home and bring his wife's Cayenne GTS instead!

Interesting! Bit of a weapon the GTS.

I'm guessing that we'll be in the Subaru but will need to do something about the chocolate brakes for the day!

Choice of cars available to me are:

Subaru Legacy 3.0 Spec B
Classic Mini (if I get engine rebuilt in time)
Octavia VRS
Panamera (did this one last year)

Panamera - I'd very much like a passenger ride in one :D

Too long to wait - Blyton have one on 19 March also (half day is £70). MIGHT do that one too (get some 'Captain' practise in!) - won't have any playmates though.

I hope he's up for taking passengers out as that would make my day!

Cheers,
Bryan

I'm sure that if you asked nicely he'd be delighted to oblige. The car is a rolling resto and as far as I can see the work that Brian has done has been detailed to the nth degree.
