Thames Valley, Special Models Meet

Tuesday 5th August sees the next in this summer's model or group specific meetings at the Novello.
For August we have our long awaited SPECIALS NIGHT
No, it's not a Ska reunion gig but an evening to apreciate some of Stuttgart's finest creations.

We are looking for all Porsche models that were special editions, Turbo's, GT2/3, GT/S, Supersports, Club Sports, lightweights, RS you get the idea.
Also for customisations, race/track cars, custom paint jobs etc.

We have had plenty come along to our previous meets for Aircooled, Topless,928 and the Front Engined nights that certainly fell into the Specials category.
As well as special editions, all models of Porsche will be welcome

For those who haven't been to our meets before, everyone is welcome from all regions and non members too
it's a very informal pub meet with great food, especially the traditional curries cooked by the pubs Indian chefs.

HenryF has promised to bring something Special with him this month

As usual if my 944t is out of the workshop I will be there. I have been saying this for too long lol... Its supposed to be done by the end of this week,but we shall see!!

It certainly was a great turnout and what a variety of Porkers!
This was my first Tues night meet which i found to be nice friendly and inclusive
Highlights for me were the velvet gt3 sidewalls and the outstanding cod and chips served at the pub

Great night, superb turnout. I even got offered a job as wedding car!
