Hi Folks

We have a change of date for Curborough due to a double booking mix up by the venue. The new date for this year's sprint day will be Friday 5th September 2008.
Same format as last year: Only one car on the circuit at a time - full circuit will be in use to us. No noise limit Helmets must be worn and arms & legs covered for all drivers/passengers
Meet for 9.30am and we will walk the circuit with Gordon Cardew providing a safety briefing and pointing out the "do's and don'ts" Circuit open from 10am until 5pm with an enforced lunchbreak at 1pm-2pm
Cost will be £50 for the full day. All drivers and passengers will have to complete a disclaimer on the day for the club and circuit. To book your place drop me an email or PM and I will give you my address so you can post me a cheque for £50 payable to "Tipec Central" Passengers will be charged at £5
No refund available for cancellation unless we can "re-sell" your spot.
Cheques payable to "Tipec Central" please

Spaces are very strictly limited due to circuit rules so book quickly or risk disappointment - last year we ended up with a reserve list hoping folk would drop out!

Any questions please shout

Paul

Ummm where is Curborough?
I'm off that day but it's close to Becky's 50th Birthday so I need to work out how brave I'm feeling

Hi Jim,

Curbprough is on the western edge of the Fradley Industrial Estate

Have a look at a map showing the A38 as it runs North East of Lichfield

Curborough is a pure sprint track

You will be most welcome - on or off the track but at only £50 it's gotta be worth thinking about going on circuit 8)

Going to ask the boss for a day off. Think he owes me one. Want to try out my uprated anti roll bar.

The change of date and folk dropping out as a result have unfortunately meant that I have been forced to cancel the event. :(

The decision wasn't taken lightly as I hate let downs but we simply don't have enough cars booked to make the day financially viable.

Apologies to those that had booked up for this - hopefully we can think about a date next year as its a really great day out.

Paul

Shame. But maybe next year I could make it. Got the rear hatch in the bedroom to refurb it. Think it might take that long to get it in bits. :|
