This years show is at Hatton Country World near Warwick.

The show will follow our usual informal format within the grounds of this great family friendly venue. Courtyard shopping and an antiques centre will keep those who are not into cars entertained. The farm village with petting zoo, rides and indoor play area should satisfy the needs of our younger attendees.

There is a BBQ/Cafe and restaurants for those that don't want to bring a picnic. Short routed country walks are also available for those that would like to explore nearby Hatton Locks or the local countryside.

The show will feature:-

Trade Stands, Auto-Jumble, Concours Competition *, Cars for Sale Area, Porsche only Parking. Car Club Displays.

Displays from the 924 Club and 928.org

* Classes for Classic Pre '73, Air Cooled, Front Engined, Watercooled, Modern Post '04. Sponsored by Meguiars with class winners going forward to Best in Show.

Entry into the show and Hatton is free, there is a charge for the farm village at a discounted rate.

We are still taking entries for the Pride of Ownership Competition* which is a new format for 2011. send an email to cluboffice@tipec.net to enter.

The competition is sponsored by Meguiars and there are several classes to give owners of all models a better chance of winning a trophy. The winner of each class then goes forward to overall best in show which comes with an invite to be on the Meguiars stand at the Classic Motor Show at the NEC in November.

Cars do not have to be immaculate, unmarked perfect examples of the marque and modifications are not penalised. As long as your car is clean and shines you will be in with a shout.

There are five classes:-

Classic for all models Pre 1973
AirCooled: 911, 964, 993
Water Cooled: Cayenne, 996, Boxster,
Front Engined: 924, 944, 928
Modern for all models Post 2004

*Please note that the competition is open to Club Members only

As with all shows we need a hand with parking.

Could you please add your name to this list if you are prepared to volunteer for an hour on the day.

Sean, Larry and i are no longer members but we'd be happy to get there early and help with the parking/directing or what ever else needs doing. if it would help?

i've put my name on the 911UK list of attendies but we'll be in the police car which isn't a 911 so you might want me else where ?

If you're in your police car, then maybe it'd be an idea to pop on uniforms in order to direct traffic? It might carry a bit more weight. :D
