Post subject:  AGM - Sunday 10th April
This years AGM will be held at The Heritage Motor Centre J12 M40. 10:00am, meeting starts at 10:30.

Parking is behind the museum follow the road round to the left of the building as you face it and you will see the conference entrance. We will be allocated one of the syndicate rooms, the guys on reception will show you the way.

Tea and coffee are provided on arrival and lunch will follow the meeting. You can then wander the museum at your leisure and look at the new SCI-FI exhibition.

If you would like to attend please add your name to the list below so that we can confirm the numbers to the caterers.

Hi Sean,

Completely forgot about this till saw in AT!

Is it too late to pitch up? Understand if can't have any lunch because of numbers already booked but am keen to help club conduct its business. Have negotiated a pass out if there's room for me.

Graham didn't share his food & I was behind him :evil: Booooo

But luckily Gaydon over catered as always so there was enough :twisted: Hurrah!
