Hi Lee :)

I had a good day, and hopefully helped make some money for Help for Heroes :)

My car was inside the factory in the best position and I chatted to a lot of people (mostly younger lol)

There was a "Promo girl" competition and I have never seen so many girls with so few clothes on.....I hardly knew where to look lol..

Nice relaxing day though and for a very good cause...

There may be pictures in Max Power mag soon...

Its weird though, as usual my car had its bonnet and hatch open so people could see the engine and the Nitrous bottles and system...

But around 95% of the kids cars had bonnet and boots shut, as although they LOOK stunning with fantastic paint jobs, and amazing wheels and spoilers etc, they have no power.......

The one exception was some of the Scooby owners who showed off their engines (lots of pretty blue Samco hoses :) )

At various times during the day the Scooby lot had a "rev up" where they rev the engines until the blow off valves ..pop and hiss...

Eventually I got fed up with them and started mine and revved it to over 7000 and over 130db....I got a round of applause and they stopped revving for quite a long time lol :)

All the best Brett :)

Well done, my son will buy the mag' so I wont have too. I like Scooby's, but done to death round here. The actual car that won the WRC in 1996?, I think it was, is parked a few miles from me. I seen it the other week with Jimmy driving it. The kids love it, but so many of them gets boring.

Glad you enjoyed it, and raised money.
