 Post subject: removing the front and rears seats 928 1991 s4

hello there,

has any one removed the front and rear seats of a 928, if so can you shed some light, mines going in for the interior to be renewed but I wondered if there is any thing that I should tell the trimmers when it goes in, its having the front and rear seats re done

Access to the allen bolts at rear holding seat to runners is tricky. Seat has to be moved so that you can get a socket on them but it is possible. Two matching allen bolts at front which have no access problems.

As you lift seat out, just be careful to disconnect the connections to seat control unit underneath (attached to underside of seat) without stressing loom.
