Warm the engine up a little, Cover key electrics in plastic bags, degreaser spray , agitate with a brush and watering can it off..with the rose thing at the end taken off.
THen whislt damp spray with Autoglym (or similar) rubber and vinyl care. Just let it dry and bingo.
