Hi All ![]() Here is a link to Rennlist where if you follow all the instructions from a post about halfway down the page you WILL be able to download PET 7 and use it.... It works perfectly (even in Windows 7) and you don`t have to set those weird resolutions anymore, and it updates to include prices, although in Euros I think... http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/9 ... his-2.html All the best Brett ![]() |

Up till now I've just used the pdf parts catalogues (no actual interface to it or prices of course, but you can used the search function of whatever pdf reader you use which is invaluable). By comparison PET 7.1 (mine is now on update 250) is wonderful. Particularly like being able to see which other Porsches share certain parts, and the VIN filtering. Presumably prices are in Roubles or something? I've compared with recent stuff bought from OPC and the lower price shown (tax-free?) is about 25% higher than UK prices so can still get very good idea of UK price. Info on superceded parts also good to have. For this Mac user the download and install on a windows netbook I have (XP) was tedious in extreme, but all went smoothly enough. I think for a Porsche-driving Mac user PET 7.1 is reason enough to have a windows machine lying around! |

(hence price update 28 not in £, UK version is on update 40) |

There was a language option from which I selected English. However as the original install is Russian I could select language only by blindly following the instructions mentioned in earlier post. There may have been a country option too. If price is in Euro then the conversion is straightfoward anyway. At rate £ sank on Friday we'll be at parity soon anyway if Greece can be sorted! |

Arhh, its a clever Russian snide copy, yes, it will be in Roubles then, useless to try and compare to the UK price Im afraid |
