:) That's a seriously nice looking car, some how I don't think my good lady wife wouldn't be very happy if I wiped out the kitchen refurb fund to buy it, she doesn't like the one I did buy, women! :)

I'd like it too... but need to change my other two cars this year which makes it tricky. It should make a decent price ... be interesting to see what happens?

The seats look lovely. Would like to see engine compartment though!

Don't want to be negative but...

Very skimpy info on service history. Could be up to date on everything, could need thousands spent on catch-up maintenance.

For me the description doesn't smell quite right - too dealer-y (and generally dealers don't get the best cars). I'm also a little ary of how long it's spent just sitting around for past few years.

I agree ... I saw that one as well. Looks very nice, but has been ended as has developed a fault. I think Graham bought it.

Actually I think pulling the auction is even more encouraging.

This is clearly a conscientious and knowledgeable owner, who is very open about what's been done (and needs doing).

Anyone considering a bid when it's relisted should thoroughly inspect the car, but this is potentially an excellent buy.

928's seem to reach low prices on ebay at the moment. That other Marine Blue one looked nice but it only made about £3800. It did say "subject to an insurance payout in 2000" which is a bit of a worry, particularly as the seller did not seem to know anything about it.
