Hi
Can some one tell me if the window/sunroof switches on the centre console should have any
night lighting. Also should the white plastic position indicators on the
Auto gear selector be lit ? Thanks Adrian

Thanks Brett,

I'm surprised seems a bit un-Porsche like !

Plenty of other jobs to do first before I think about
extras. Have fitted a solar trickle charger though following
some posts on the subject and a flat battery on the
only day in November the rain stopped and the sun shone.
Regards Adrian

Lightning I think the OP is referring to lighting of the gear indicators on the centre console itself. They are unnecessary on S4 as you have lit indicator in the tacho (and I'm assuming that's what you're referring to?).

Early cars didn't have the tacho indicator lights so did have illuminated console. If you have illuminated console then it will be a mod done by previous owner - believe it's straightforward to do.

Roger's illuminated console switches at http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/9 ... tches.html
