Hi
Anyone had experience having Anodized 928 wheels refinished
with paint. It looks like having them re-anodized is going to be a
pain. I haven't been able to find anywhere local (Peterborough) to do
it and its going to be expensive so I'm looking at alternatives.
I have ordered some stuff that is supposed to restore the finish on Anodized
Aluminum to try first but I'm not optimistic ! Adrian

About 10 years ago my ex-GF had her 928S2 wheels refurbished and powder coated. The wheel refurbishers used a very light silver with tiny metallic fleks in it, It looked very effective and very similar to the original finish.

The car was displayed on the TiPEC stand at NEC show that year.
