I didn't know Derek Bell had ever been involved with the 928 I know he has an ex factory 924 GTS Turbo which he has owned from new.

Bell drove one as his company car as did almost all the factory drivers of that era. Richard Attwood was extolling virtues of his 'company' 2.0L 911S at the CWR event, and told me that Porsche insisted that their drivers arrive at races having driven themselves in Porsche cars. In the 80s a 928 was the most comfortable way of doing this.

Price is barmy though, unless you're a collector.
