Cyprus is RHD.
Anyone would have to be barking mad to buy it.
You can get better ones in Germany much cheaper too...

These kind if ebay adverts always worry me. He wants a £300 deposit sending to Cyprus upon completion of the sale, and then the cash by wire transfer or similar.
He does not say anything about where the car will be in all this. I assume he won't ship it until payment is received, which means you'd have to send at least £9000 to Cyprus with nothing but an ebay receipt to show for it.

I must admit it set my alram bells off, however he does seem to show some kind of import paperwork. Price is very ambitious unless I am missing something?

Stupid (useless) US headlights.... so add another £500 to change them, oh and big ugly rubber deformities which will need to be removed.... doesn't really seem worth the hassle of paper work and shipping, and risking your money vanishing into the ether....
