Are the windows fused separately, left and right sides?
Try removing the fuse from one of them and see what happens then.

I would go for a fuse box problem or that the wires have become frayed and are touching each other

I believe it depends on the model year of the car - earlier cars have a relay & fuse for the windows and a separate fuse for the sunroof, later cars have a combined window/sunroof regulator that uses a single fuse.

Fuse and relay charts can be found at https://www.928gt.com

Hi :)

This sounds like a relay problem to me...

Temporarily swap it for another on the fuse/relay board and see...(most are the same)

All the best Brett :)

I have traced the reason why to the black relay box under the passengers seat, when I was clearing up some old wiring I connected a plug that looked like it had worked itself loose, I should have left it as it was. Anyway I've dissconnected it now and the sunroof and window work as they should do.
