Hi everyone, can anyone help with this problem? On two occasions when I start up my '91 928 s4 she misfires, so I switch off then restart and all is OK, this has now happened on two seperate occasions, does anyone have any ideas? A lazy injector or a fuel sensor problem, Is this a sign that something is about to let go? |

Does it keep misfiring once started or does it stop when it warms up, is this hot and/or cold? |

I don't know if it continues when warm as I switch off after about 30 secs, and only happens when engine is stone cold, I'm thinking about ignition coil. |

Could be although they normally give grief when hot. Could be plug or injector or possibly a plug lead, but I can't think of why they'd clear on a restart? |
