Hi, I need to unbolt and more the big relay panel in my S4 so that I can remove the old wires for hi-fi and alarm and fit new wires for new alarm. Can I have some advice how to do this as I only need to move it an inch to get behind it. Disturbing this delicate and sensitive unit scares me cheers Neil |

Hi Neil Best Advice is to isolate battery - disconnect - so you cannot short out the panel! Steve |

Hi Neil ![]() ASSUMING you mean the FUSE/RELAY board... the answer is DONT do it....lol It can cause HUGE problems....its almost guaranteed at least half of your electrics wont work afterwards..... ![]() I have a very sophisticated alarm (talks and remote start etc ..Clifford 650) and my fitter (who KNEW 928s) just cut out the old system and fitted the new one UP above the glove box (glove box needs removing (not a hard job)...he said there was NO way he was removing the board, because of potential problems.... All the best Brett ![]() |
