Hi  There are very few 78/79 cars left, but there is one that I know of (79) in Bournemouth... but I do not think he posts here.... You could try Rennlist... or if you need help, ask away here... Oh and welcome All the best Brett

Hi Pete I do have an up and running registered Oct '78, model year '79 silver manual 928 with silver/black pasha interior. I have owned the old girl for 19 years, although for more than 10 of those she was sleeping until I decided to awaken her back in 2009. Many frustrations and shillings later she not doing bad and has been to quite a few of the 928 meets and car shows held since then. Hopefully there is a picture attached below. (Cars are one thing, computers are another!) We are down in Weymouth by the way, and not many 928's down here, though there are a fair few now owned by members of my nearest TIPEC group (Southern).
