Hi Steve  I had this problem...got a brand new set of headlight washers because one of mine had a bit of the outer circle missing.... UNTIL... I found out you HAVE to remove the whole of the front PU to change them, which normally involves a grinder as the bolts rust solid  Soooo I still have a set of new ones...NOT FITTED lol...
