That's not the word I used to describe him when I wrote to Top Gear.... began with a 'W'. What a waste. He could have done the same stunt with an old Ford Granada or something. I've always loved the 928 ever since I first saw one in Goch in 1979 - it really was a 'wow' moment. If it wasn't for the fuel consumption I'd have one tomorrow. |

Hi all All three of them are tossers if you ask me ,They have wrecked some really nice cars on the program they have no mechanical sympathy whatsoever "Rev it till it blows up" motto and if it does,nt rev it a bit more! DICKHEADS!  Rant over count to ten and relax!cheers Grahame |

in hamsters defence, he loves porsches, and has had a few and still drives his 911. and yes i love top gear and have been on the audiance waiting list for over 7 years. clarkson for prime minister.

My god what on earth was that all about? you can only hope that the car was in such a poor state of repair that it was dragged from the scrapper in the first place. If not then he should be shot through the knee caps, brutally beaten then throne into a bear pit. |

I like top gear but you'd think they would know better! Looked like a rare early one too  A similar thing happened to an Alpine 610 Le Mans edition a few years back which upset quite a few people! I'm quite happy for them to keep destroying caravans and hyundais but I draw the line at the above and think it is in bad taste. |

Disgusting. You have to think that for every 928 that dies, yours goes up in value just that little bit more.
