Hi all
Had a big shock today when i removed the rear number plate lights from the bumper of my 1987 s4 they have hella brand name on them and wait for it the BMW logo on them  ! this cant be right can it? Does anyone have pic of what they should be like?
The holes in the bumper all look original ,perhaps the BMW ones are the same. They look right.
Cheers Grahame

I am shocked, if the indicators don't work then maybe they're marked BMW as well?

Hi, my number plate lights didnt work as they were too rusty. I got some VW ones off ebay, the screw holes were in the same places but i had to file the centres out to let the new ones fit. They were second hand and under £5 inc postage.

Good luck with yours Mark

Hi all
Mine work ok i was just cleaning the inside of the light units as you do :P when i noticed the Bmw logo but they seem to be almost the same as the ones in the handbook where it shows how to change the bulb.I may buy some originals off ebay if they come up but you can,t notice on the car.
I,m still smitten with the car as it passed its MOT this week with nothing needing doing which is always a relief after buying it last august from a private seller and ive added 4500 miles to it.
Its a great car :D

Cheers Grahame
