Hello I have searched the interweb for a while now, and figured i would ask here, has anyone replaced the hard fuel lines on a 86 S2 i mean the lines that run from the fuel tank to the engine bay. If so can someone please let me know where they purchased the lines from (im in the UK) and what sizes they are Cheers in advance |

I had a leak (rusty pipe) at the rear where the pipe comes down from the tank, and Jon Mitchells garage replaced the rusty pipe with the new white nylon type pipe with brass joining fittings to my original pipe under the drivers seat...the whole job took around one hour including a cuppa.... if you replace the original hard lines completely ...think around 6 hours plus.....and LOTS of work to drop the rear axle... All the best Brett ![]() |
