I gave in and called them and spoke to a vary nice young lady and a guy called David (possibly the proprietor?) and I've now ordered one of these to try. I must confess at being a little miffed when I placed my order that the only shipping option given was FedEx at a cost of$289.40, thats more than half the cost of the part! Another quick phone call and the nice young lady said she'd process my order to come via USPS instead, cost $55.00, that's more like it. The bad news is they're waiting for a new supply of the actual vent seperator from Germany so likely to be 2 weeks before they can ship my order.
