Good morning,
I'm a car nut that has always owned Fords, I'm a 280 capri that I show.

I'm looking into buying a 928, mainly because I'm not rich, I'm a carpenter.

So what should I be looking for?
Are their better years to look for?
How about spares?

The car will be used for the odd evening or run

Loads to look out for when buying a 928. Good starting point here:

Also much useful info in David Hemmings' buyer's guide to 928, which you can find on Amazon I expect and usually several copies for sale on ebay at any time.

Just ask with any specific questions but above covers most of what you need to know.
