Hi All,
I stumbled across my old 944 back up for sale again! Looks like the right hand sill cover is missing. I wonder if both sills were replaced?

Typical car dealer - advert full of lies, or should I be politically correct and say 'mis-leading'. It does pee you off when you see how they mis-lead unsuspecting customers. Here's the ad with my comments in brackets. 2 Doors, Manual 5 speed, Coupe, Petrol, 113,500 miles, MOT-08-2011. TAX-10-10. Enthusiast owned with FULL PORSCHE SERVICE HISTORY (lie - it implies 'serviced by Porsche' when it hasn't always been). Superb, original & correct throughout (no it's not, the parts he later makes a big deal of are not original, therefore it's not correct spec)in met Velvet Red featuring full Linen leather & MOMO wheel (not original). Simon who? I wonder. The only thing I spotted wrong with the ad was the colour described as Velvet Red. Should be Garnet Red. Ah well. Lets hope the new owner has more success with the old girl than I did. If someone called Simon joins TIPEC in a month or two, has a '89 944 S2 with a boat load of problems, I'm not saying 'owt!  Ben
