Not sure if you get rear coilovers or just assistor springs. I would have though you would need to alter the torsion bars if you are altering the ride height. |

Roy, I think Stuart (Scam75) fitted new suspension? Possibly? PM and ask if he is coming to the meeting on Wednesday night, you could have a look. |

I have Gaz Gold coilovers (944 spec on 924 turbo) with rear helper springs on mine with original torsion bars. You only need to re index if you want to lower the ride height. This was done and set up by EMC. They also drilled a hole in the sills to be easily re indexed which is covered by the turbo sill covers, should I wish to re adjust height. You may find the Gaz lift the rear slightly over standard and may need adjusting. |

Here's a link to everything to do with suspension including re indexing. Just remember this was written from a US perspective. http://www.axux70.dsl.pipex.com/944t/su ... tm#968M030 I took the easy route and paid someone with the knowledge. If new to it with no previous experience expect to take two or three attempts to get it right. And spend a lot of hours unbolting and re bolting the the rear end. |

Not aware of any road suspension that needs new strut tops. Post 85 1/2 they are very expensive, around £240 each the last time I checked. |
