hi all :)

when i took del of the 944, i checked a few things, and one of them was the nearside front indicator not working.
i went to halfrauds today to pick up a couple of bulbs, put one in and it still isnt working. i have another one so i'll try that, but if it still doesnt work, what could it be???

the nearsside rear and side repeater work, so i dont think its the relay, fuse or the stalk.

any help guys? its baffling me :?

Al.

Could be losuse fitting at the plug? When I had my car resparay they didn't line the plug up right and it feels tight in the rubber housing but wasn't connected. I noticed as I'm green dash light was flickering much quicker then b4. I frist changed the bulbs as well. No joy.

If you turn the wheel 2 full lock, towards the inside of the car. There a hacth/door in the wheel liner. U can reach in and reconnect it that way. Can be a bit tricky if u don't no what ur feeling 4. Other wise it's remove the bumper.

this morning its working, so the only thingi ican think of is on its way up to me, it was on a trailer for 6 hours in the pouring monsoon so the front got soaked and its dried out.

Sounds like a poor connection to the indicator then. I'd remove it and clean up the connections behind to stop it happening again.

Keep an eye on it, see if you can tell from the inside, the blinker will blink fast. U could try clean ur grounds. There's two on the pansangers headlight and one on the drivers side will need 2 pop the lights up 2 get 2 them.

on the way home whilst driving on a very rough bit of road the indicator stopped working again, so i think its a connection.
i'll look at the weekend to check.
