Having a profile that gives people some idea of where you live would be useful. Krikits are around £15-30 so not expensive. The flywheel lock is a big chunk of welded steel, not sure I'd want to fab one for less money than they are from Arnworx or similar. |

I am in Borough Green, Kent, not to far from Maidstone and from the looks of it quite close to you. Now added to profile. Jim do you have any of the special tools needed to complete the front end overhaul - 968 flywheel lock, tensioner, idler removal tool?? I would be happy to collect and deliver and I am sure there would be a couple of drinks in it. This car is currently burning money ![]() thanks |

Jim, is this the right tool to use, it states it is for V belts and not serpentine belts. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220624700274&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fshop.ebay.co.uk%3A80%2F%3F_from%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dp5197.m570.l1313%26_nkw%3D220624700274%26_sacat%3DSee-All-Categories%26_fvi%3D1&_rdc=1 |
